About NonComp

The Story

Four women decided to take the leap and start their own businesses. Serendipitously, these women all started around the same time, all lived in San Diego, CA, and all worked the same events. With a similar sense of humor and a common goal, they naturally became fast friends. So much so, that after years of individual growth, and a few combined "office" (or lack-there-of) holiday parties, they started brainstorming ways to do more together, and the idea for a non-competitive collective was born.

NonComp Collective provides a community for small businesses with complementary products and services, and offers resources that empower collective growth. Sometimes, things are just better and more fun when shared!

Our Vision

NonComp Collective is new, and we're excited to explore how and what we want to contribute to the gift industry experience. Currently, our priorities are cross-merchandising via social media, trade show expansion, and community support. As our brands are inherently complementary—and frequently sold together—our combined online and physical presence is all about convenience for wholesale buyers and retail shoppers, alike.
